Spaniard has set the pace in his Prodrive Mini WRC team car early today, later this evening is the start of the real tests in the homeland of Citroen.
Sebastien Loeb might have looked slower in the shakedown, but if we scroll through the previous examples then we will understand that it does not take too much time for him to get on his attacking shoes.
The WTCC multiple year champion, Yves Muller will be piloting a Mini WRC in his homeland event of WRC 2012. There are few more private entries in the top class competition, however, the competition will be closely watched for the top three positions as the ninth world title is more likely taken away by the homeland's world star of rally, Sebastien Loeb..jpg)
First stage will be the same Strasbourg from the morning Shakedown loop & will be live in a couple of hours.
The rally is going to run for 4 long days, with 22 stages totaling to 404.14 competitive kilometers. The stages are really going to be interesting with all the flavours of the asphalt rally embedded into them. There are very fast sections in a few stages in this rally.
